Where can I find install disk for vivitar digital camera 3555 T?

T030 vivitar digital camera settings? help!?
I have had this camera since october 2010 I am unable to use it as the quality is crap, I took it back to the photoshop and she said it was because I didnt have a memory card in it, so it wasn't shooting its true quality pictures? So, after buying a 4gb hdsc card, tried again.....to no avail. Camera is still fuzzy, lighting is ridiculous I have played about with settings, but cant seem to get a half decent picture The manual that came with only explains how to charge it... Does anyone know about any problems with a Vivitar digital camera not chargling properly?
It goes into a cradle to charge. Everything seems to be plugged in correctly, but the camera doesn't seem to charge much if at all anymore. Is this normal? Do I need a new battery, or a new charger, or what?The camera is a Vivitar Vivicam 5340s. It has a small square light gray battery that goes into it. Then to charge it you plug it into a cradle and the plug looks similar to a cell phone charger plug for my Razr. It seems like it won't charge now. What should I do?

I just bought a ViviCam X029. It said that it required an SD Memory Card, so I bought one. I followed the instructions on how to insert the memory card, and did so correctly. so when i turned on my camera, the screen said " card error" . what does this mean?
